Error when creating new/second user: Request failed with status code 422 #101

Installation Type: Docker
Have you tried using the latest docker image / code base : yes

Describe the bug
When I go to create a new user and fill in the user details I get a red banner error 422 when pressing 'save'

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Admin -> Users -> Add User
Fill out user details
Click on save
See error Request failed with status code 422

Expected behavior
A new user is created and added to the user list
