Copy the Project Folder in
C:\xampp\htdocs\ -
Open Xampp control panel and start Apache and MySQL server.

Open phpmyadmin page in browser as:
localhost:8080/phpmyadmin

Add new database in phpmyadmin in cms sql file.

Open Browser and open project file in search box as:
localhost:8080/< Project-file-name-in-htdoc>
