The domain ad-shield.cc getting used as a CNAME to circumvent Adblocking. Example:

https://www.netzwelt.de/ CNAME loader.netzwelt.de
https://www.dolldivine.com/ CNAME 19706903.xyz

The domains getting used to load ad reinsertion content.
