@Alex-302 Again, this AdGuard reporting tool for AdGuard Windows shows sensitive information.

The name part in the 'Custom filters' section, such as C:\Users\username, is assigned when you log in with a personal account during the Windows setup. The name you create for your account is used as a folder name in the C:\Users directory, which is why personal account names appear this way.
