ATR-602

Currently VS own navigation keeps a journal of the last N code locations visited by the user. Code Map doesn't add entries to this log. To improve UX with Code Map navigation it should start doing so. This will allow user to use VS buttons "Navigate Backward" and "Navigate Forward" and the navigation journal:
