Just noticed it would be bad UX on windows. Should have a specific folder that aw-tauri discovers all its binaries. Could still be ~/bin on linux and macos and the config path on windows?

I think PATH discovery should still be supported, but it doesn't have to be the only way.

/usr/local/bin/ seems to work best. It is loaded in $PATH even at the graphical target in linux before the user logs in. Solves the issue of ~/bin not being in $PATH when the aw-tauri autostarts.
