Add token amount for intermediate swaps

Required for both Acala-dex and Karura-dex. Delivery 12 Aug.

For multi-step swaps, e.g. LDOT > LCDOT will be composed of LDOT > DOT by Tapio and DOT > LCDOT by Acala, show all swap token amounts, e.g. add a field "tokenAmounts" and would show a 10 LDOT > 1 DOT > 0.9 LCDOT swap with "10,1,0.9".
