Tidy up notebooks #4

The notebooks need a bit of a tidy for rendering with Jupyter books.

Issues:

  • Section headers are wrong
    image
  • Matplotlib notebook formatting is weird
    image
  • Scipy notebook is also weird

The headers can be the name of every package e.g.:

  • Numpy
  • Matplotlib
  • Scipy
  • Pandas

Most of the formatting is missing empty spaces. I can fix this
