Can we do "with-refs" and "resolved" for nmos-parameter-registers schemas?

Since flow-attributes/flow_video_register.json now uses $ref it would be nice to extend the JSON rendering, like we do for APIs/schemas in render_schemas

Maybe schemas need to move from e.g. directly in flow-attributes/, and into flow-attributes/schemas/ so we can render a list of schemas for each parameter register too?
