Duplicated input file for 1 degree CICE grid

The 1 degree ice grid file (grid.nc) is duplicated in the two versions of the global.1deg inputs. Only the kmt.nc file differs between the two versions:

The RYF config is correct, it references the newer kmt.nc file, and the older grid.nc file

IAF config is also correct (references the older, original grid file)

Fix is to delete /g/data/vk83/experiments/inputs/access-om2/ice/grids/global.1deg/2020.10.22/grid.nc. Just need to check that file isn't being used.

To be clear, this was copied incorrectly from the ik11 inputs, where the later version is a symbolic link to the original version
