Directory contents does not match documentation

Description

I successfully ran the ACCESS-OM2 model following the docs; however, at the output subsection, there is a mismatch between what I see as the directory contents vs what's listed on the documentation.

What I see:

Why

May be the outputs listed in the docs are meant to be within the archive directory. However, even in that case, there is still a difference between what I see vs the docs:

[~/access-om2/1deg_jra55_ryf/archive @gadi04] ls
metadata.yaml  output000  restart000

I don't see the pbs_logs directory, and I do see a metadata.yml file that's not mentioned in the docs.

Close Criteria

Outputs and directory contents should match the docs after successfully running the ACCESS-OM2 model.
