Get lang from browser

It is possible to get from global constant "$_SERVER[HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE]" the locale used by client. With tat, we can simply improve the lang selector.

for exemple:
[HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE] => fr,fr-fr;q=0.8,en-us;q=0.5,en;q=0.3
