Simple Idea, No active or passive components.
The idea is to just to give some room to the SoC to have a decent enough heat sink on the soc and not be compromised due to Clarence issue with mezzanine.
Look at the heat sink provided with the hikey960, it's just a thin sheet of copper if anything at all. Not even has fins for decent airflow...
So, I really want it to be simple without any components to encourage 96boards manufacturers to include it for free with there boards that has a price tag of $200+ and have a cpu that heats up a lot.
