时间可以自定义统计时间（比如某天某时到某天某时），如何开启，发送命令 /date 2018/XX/XX XX:XX - 2018/XX/XX XX:XX 到机器人里，触发活动开启，注意，时间按照UTC时间；
每天10：00 自动发送排名在群里；
活动结束后，自动发送最终排名到群里，并且清零积分（跟下面历史查询要匹配一起上）；
具备随机查询排名顺序功能，比如指定第88名，可以通过 /top 88 查询， 66名可以通过 /top 66查询，仅限dataadmin 查询；
按照周期保存排名信息，比如，第一期（XX:XX -- XX:XX），把排名积分顺序保存下来，通过 /history 1 来查询历史排名信息。
