[Bug]: Tempory or cache files in windows directory ?? How to change

What is the bug? (in English)

After a completely new Windows 11, QGis and lizmap installation I still have the following problem. As soon as I use Lizmap web client, after viewing a number of maps, I get many temporary files in my windows directory. (See example). If I turn off the Apache server in Lizmap and delete the (tempory) files from my Windows directory, they do not return. Not even when I start working in QGis. As far as I can tell it has to do with qgis_mapserv.fcgi.exe. Maybe the setting of the temporary directory?

Not only the above directories with a *.db, but also other files are placed in the windows directory, such as:

sess_q6rfvknuvvj9sp6cf42buarq92

The contents of this file concern the date of the logged in user:

Windows is not supported officially by Lizmap Web Client : https://docs.lizmap.com/current/en/install/windows.html

You haven't told us what is the content of these folders ? (edit, you did it afterwards... ok, I started this message before, but it still not very clear what is the content of these folders, are there many files ?)
I'm closing as "question" are not supported anymore, it is a bug tracker. (but you can continue)

If a folder call qgis_mapserv-XXXXX having some "logged in user information", then it looks a configuration issue, for now.
Without more information on your set up, it's difficult to help.
