If a group of layers is defined in QGIS as mutually exclusive, Lizmap behaves as expected. If it contains subgroups, the exclusivity is honored only for single layers, or groups managed by Lizmap as single layers..
See an example here: http://95.216.241.41/index.php/view/map/?repository=castelbellino&project=prg
The group "Piani" is exclusive, but only "Aree non...", a simple layer, and "Catasto", a group grouped as single layer in Lizmap plugin, are indeed exclusives.
