기능 설명

  • 경매글이 등록되면 해당 인플루언서의 구독자들에게 새 글 알림을 보냅니다.
    • 경매글 등록 메시지 받기
    • 구독자 필터링
    • 알림 토픽에 메시지 발행

추가 설명
구독한 사람이 아무도 없으면 알림 메시지를 발행하지 않습니다.
