Определитесь и документально зафиксируйте синтаксис отключения правил проверки.

В АПК используется блок:

// АПК:-выкл

...код...

// АПК:-вкл

В ЕДТ используется //@skip-check БЕЗ блока на несколько строк.

А ещё есть это может неожиданно стать частью документации:
