    Users are responsible for ensuring that the generated 3D models are used in accordance with relevant licenses, including but not limited to SDXL and InstantMesh.<br><br>

    Users are prohibited from using the application to create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.<br>
    The platform is not responsible for any misuse of the 3D models generated through the application.<br>
    Users must ensure that their use of the application and the generated content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.<br><br>

    Users retain ownership of the 3D models they generate, subject to the licenses and terms of use of the generative models provided by Hugging Face, SDXL, and InstantMesh.<br>
    This platform is licensed under GPL-3, SDXL is licensed under MIT and InstantMesh is licensed under Apache License 2.0.<br><br>

5. Limitation of Liability<br><br>

    The platform provides the application "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind.<br><br>
    We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the application or the 3D models generated.<br><br>
