Message encryption broken when using RC4

As discussed in https://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg38028.html , message encryption seems to be broken when the RC4 cipher is used for some reason. I get the same result when trying to use pywinrm with Kerberos message encryption on Windows Server 2003 (sadly still in production at some companies).
