1)Start Quiz Button initaializes game and starts clock count down
2)Pick the best Question in the Iterated Question Loop -Score 10 points for every correct answer -Lose 10 seconds for every wrong answer
3)Compete against your friends for a high-score using local storage on the Leaderboard
