Not sure why it failed.

At this point you should be able to manually install Video Station. Download this .spk file: https://global.synologydownload.com/download/Package/spk/VideoStation/3.1.0-3153/VideoStation-x86_64-3.1.0-3153.spk

After you have manually installed Video Station in package center you need to:

  1. Stop Video Station
  2. Run this command via SSH:
    sudo synosetkeyvalue /var/packages/VideoStation/INFO version "30.1.0-3153"
    
  3. Start Video Station.

If you you want to install Media Server you can run the script again.
