Autotest: cpu node freeze & uptime monitor/daemon #1892

Extend the autotests with the following:

Stop the monitor daemon. It should be running again after 5 seconds.
Power off a cpu-node. It should be marked in maintenance within 5' and its vms / rosses / gateways should be started on other nodes within 30 seconds.
Power off a stor-node. It should be marked in maintenance withing 5' and all the vdisks on its storagerouters should be moving to other storagerouters
